Privacy policy
This site collects only what is needed to answer a speaking or advisory inquiry. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.
What is collected
- What you enter in the booking form: name, work email, organization, job title, phone if you provide it, and the event and session details you share.
- Standard server logs kept by the site host, including IP address and browser type, used to keep the site running and secure.
- No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics profiles, and no cookies beyond those the host requires to serve the site.
Why it is collected
To reply to your inquiry with availability, a fee, and whether Jamie is the right speaker for your audience — and, if an engagement follows, to prepare and deliver it. If you ask to hear from Jamie again, that consent is recorded separately and you can withdraw it at any time.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to Jamie and her team by email and stored with the site host. They are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. Service providers who process data on Jamie’s behalf — the site host and email provider — are bound to use it only for that purpose.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the business and tax records that engagement requires. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted on request or during periodic review.
Your choices
- Ask what information is held about you, and receive a copy.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask for your information to be deleted.
- Withdraw consent to be contacted, at any time.
- Residents of California, the EU and the UK have additional rights under the CCPA, GDPR and UK GDPR; those requests are honored regardless of where you live.
Questions about your information
Write to Jamie directly and she will answer. Requests to access or delete information are handled within 30 days.
